MONEY MATTERS : MUTUAL FUND RECOMMENDATIONS PLUS MY THOUGHTS ON TRULY RICH CLUB

I got a message from one of my lovely readers last May 2015. I made a mental note to answer this whenever I can, so now is the time! To you, K. this one's for you! Let me answer your question point blank. I can recommend mutual funds that I personally tried. I have summarized some detailed blog posts for you to check:

I share the same belief! Building your wealth does not need to be a one-time, big-time activity. Constant investing is the key. No matter how big or small your invest-able money is, the point is to set aside a portion of your income regularly.

I started to dip my feet into the world of MF last 2013. My money is still on each respective mutual fund until now. I suggest that you try to open your first MF and familiarize yourself by reading materials at your own pace. Don't overwhelm yourself. Just take it as it is.

About which company I represent and my thoughts about TRC, I think it's time to tell you my story...

Last 2013, I was on the lookout for a good critical illness insurance. My goal is to stay protected (knock on wood) from hospital expenses. I don't know, it's just one day I realized: Let's say I have amassed so-and-so amount then an unexpected happened, what now?! I don't want to zero in all the money I've carefully built for so long! Sorry to be morbid, my imagination can go WILD sometimes :P

After carefully 'shopping' for an insurance company, I've concluded that Sun Life works best for me. Let me emphasize: for me :) Other people may have different opinion and that's okay. So to wrap up, here are my favourites: Sun Life for insurances and MF, COL Financial for Online Trading, PNB/BDO for UITF (unit investment trust funds), among others.

About TRC, I am a subscriber and that's it. I have faith on their core values and stock recommendations but honestly, I do that just to eliminate the ghastly homework of fundamental analysis (i.e. reading financial statements for each company, whoah!) Yes, who's tamad?! Present :D But of course, this comes with a fee. More details on how to pick the right stocks, HERE.

I hope you find this post helpful. Stay pretty and well-informed! -CMK
